In addition to our well-known apps for Creo Elements/Direct – e.g. for structural steelwork, vessel and piping design, weld planning, DSTV or NC1 NC data and much more – we offer custom developments for PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling and Model Manager, PTC Creo Parametric, and cloud-based applications that enable direct integration with CAD systems.
Modern standard CAD systems offer extensive functions to appeal to the broadest possible audience. In practice, you can achieve your goals with them – but often with more steps, clicks, and time than necessary.
Our add-ins are 100% integrated into your CAD system and address exactly this: repetitive workflows are automated (even for complex tasks), tailored to your requirements. This turns routine work into a streamlined process – and frees up your time for actual design work.
Before designing in CAD, many areas require capturing fundamentals and creating configurations. Cloud-based configurators are ideal for these tasks, allowing employees – and optionally end customers – to configure products at any time: device-independent and outside of regular office hours.
Our solutions go beyond assembling standardised catalogue parts: depending on the application, technical calculations (e.g. statics, dimensioning, sizing, plausibility checks) can also be integrated. Based on the results, suitable components are selected or parameters are automatically adjusted. The automatic transfer of data to your CAD system can then follow, so that the 3D model is built up fully automatically.
Downstream processes such as the automatic generation of manufacturing data can also be part of such a project. The result: fewer manual steps, fewer sources of error, and significant time savings.
