Important note for the use of creo elements/direct under Windows 10 - Workaround for incorrect rendering of icons

The version of ImageMagic (convert.exe) supplied by PTC, which is used to scale program icons, does not run without problems on newly installed Windows 10 computers.

If icons in dialogs are not displayed correctly, please check if the "32 Bit VS 2005 Redistributable" from Microsoft is installed. If this is not the case, you can download and install it either from Microsoft or from us at http://kunden.klietsch.com/vcredist_x86.exe.
