Expansion in the portfolio: SaaS cloud solution for PLM

Arena Solutions' product realization platform provides a secure, high-availability cloud environment that enables all participants in the entire product design and manufacturing process to collaborate perfectly.

At the end of last year, PTC acquired California-based Arena Solutions inc, the industry's leading provider of Saas (Software as a Service) platforms in the area of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

The acquisition will position PTC even better in the growing SaaS market once the formalities and regulatory review of the acquisition are completed in the second quarter of 2021.
