Turn your SOLIDWORKS into the perfect window and facade design program with an interface to LOGIKAL from Orgadata. The bi-directional interface allows you to import your LOGIKAL projects into SOLIDWORKS with just a few clicks. There, a realistic 3D model of the project is created and you can design all further tasks such as connecting brackets, drip trays or panels in SOLIDWORKS.
If the imported LOGIKAL project has been machined in SOLIDWORKS, such as drilling, it can be sent back to LOGIKAL to ensure that the CNC data is complete and correct.

Integration

The LOGIKAL interface is directly integrated into SOLIDWORKS and can be used by any user with a basic knowledge of SOLIDWORKS. During development, special emphasis was placed on implementing as many functions as possible in the familiar SOLIDWORKS environment and standardized Property Manager Pages (PMP).

An easy-to-use installer guides you through the installation process. The LOGIKAL interface is only available as a network license, so licenses can be distributed within the company network as needed.

Import from LOGIKAL into SOLIDWORKS

Importing LOGIKAL data into SOLIDWORKS couldn't be easier.
With one click in the SOLIDWORKS LOGIKAL interface it is possible to open the project selection of LOGIKAL. SOLIDWORKS connects directly to your LOGIKAL via the 3D Interface CAD/Geometry module.
You can then conveniently select a project there and after a short time this project is created in SOLIDWORKS as a 3D solid.
Here you have full access to all the details of the frame profiles, gaskets, window surface structure, etc.

What next?

Take advantage of SOLIDWORKS' strength: sheet metal!
Use the real geometry of the window, facade, or door element to create all the necessary attachments such as panels, connectors, drip plates, and more.
In SOLIDWORKS you can extract all the necessary production data such as DXF or drawings and carry out the metal construction work.

Export from SOLIDWORKS to LOGIKAL

Of course, it is also possible to return to LOGIKAL. If you have made any changes to the window elements, such as drilling holes, you can transfer them back to LOGIKAL so that the production data exported there for the frame elements is also correct.
